This is what YOUR future team does:

We help neustark to become AI-ready by maximizing the value of its Microsoft-based data and cloud ecosystem. We continuously improve data management and architecture, introduce AI-driven solutions, and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across R&D and operations.

YOUR mission at neustark: 

• Analyze and structure existing R&D, lab, field, and process data

• Work with Azure Cloud services to Enable analytics and potential AI use cases

• Help us to Develop and integrate AI- and data-driven solutions into:

  • R&D workflows

  • Operational processes

  • Management and reporting tools

• Build or extend dashboards and analytics (e.g. Power BI)

• Collaborate closely with:

  • The R&D Team

  • IT Team

  • Other internal stakeholders like Production and OPS

• Prototype solutions that allow neustark to do more with our Data with fewer resources

This is YOU:

• Ongoing advanced or completed studies in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or Engineering with strong digital focus

• Strong interest in data architecture, analytics, Visualisation and AI

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as:

  • .NET / C#

  • Azure Cloud services

  • Power BI

  • Microsoft 365 / Copilot

• Ability to work pragmatically in a real industrial environment

• Structured, curious, and proactive mindset

• English required; German is a plus
