This is what YOUR future team does:
The CO₂ transport planner ensures reliable transportation of CO₂ from sink to source plants. Your team handles supplier relationships and oversees logistics to ensure consistent and timely deliveries. Additionally, your team tracks and analyzes CO₂ logistics data, using insights to optimize transport operations.
YOUR mission at neustark:
- Daily Coordination: Manage and schedule CO₂ transport operations, ensuring deliveries meet customer and transport partner expectations and timelines.
- Problem Solving: Proactively resolve logistics challenges, including delays or routing issues, through close collaboration with transport partners and internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key transport performance metrics, such as delivery times and compliance, to drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transport schedules, invoices, and other logistics-related documentation.
- Process Optimization: Identify and support initiatives to enhance transport operations, reduce costs, and contribute to sustainability goals.

This is YOU:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in gas transport, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Transport Experience: Initial experience in transport operations within a fast-paced environment, with familiarity in chemical (gas) transport and a solid understanding of the relevant regulations and legal considerations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to structure and manage processes, prioritize daily operations, and meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus), enabling effective coordination with teams, clients, and transport providers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and adaptability to resolve transport issues, logistical challenges, and regulatory concerns, ensuring smooth operations.
