This is what YOUR future team does:
We are driving the growth of Neustark by rapidly building strong new partnerships with storage partners at scale. The BD team is spearheading the expansion of the Neustark footprint and opening new markets within a future-proof and fast-paced environment. Our team specializes in building the initial foundation for our sales funnel by reaching out to potential clients through multiple channels such as calls, social networking platforms, and events. We focus on identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring that they meet our criteria before passing them on to our Account Executive colleagues. Our primary goal is to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can generate additional new revenue for them while having a positive impact on the environment. Through persistence, strategic communication, and a customer-centric approach, we aim to create a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities that fuel the growth of our business.
YOUR mission at neustark:
- Identify and prospect new target accounts within the carbon storage industry and find the responsible decision-makers. Proactively reach out to them and evangelize the market to spread awareness of neustark’s revolutionary products.
- Build and ramp up the growth of your sales pipeline, collaborating closely with Marketing and Account Executives to develop targeted strategies for your territory.
- Qualify and conduct discovery demos with potential storage partners, exploring mutual opportunities and building rapport and trust with prospects.
- Be the face of neustark at trade fairs, events, and conferences, engaging with industry stakeholders and representing the company.
- Manage your leads within our CRM system, keeping track of your activities and ensuring top-notch data quality.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and new business opportunities created.

This is YOU:
- First experience in sales, sales development, business development, or related fields (e.g., through internships or student roles).
- Experience in research, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with out-of-the-box thinking, while maintaining an analytical and structured approach and keeping KPIs in mind.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish relationships with prospects, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Native French speaker with proficiency in English. German or other languages are a plus.
