This is what YOUR future team does:
You will be leading the software development team and take an interfacing role working closely with other teams such as Operations and Go to Market. The team supports the design, installation and operation of neustark’s CO2 capture & storage plants by adding connectivity, data structures and monitoring. Furthermore it identifies needs, design platforms and solutions for different internal stakeholders and maintain centrally stored databases to track the whole business and certification process.
YOUR mission at neustark:
- You have strong coding skills and excel in a dynamic environment where you take on diverse responsibilities, such as managing agile processes, defining requirements, developing software, and handling DevOps tasks
- You will be leading 2 software developers
- You will lead the architecture and data flows between systems and plants
- You help to create and maintain an Azure DevOps environment and lead structured deployments
- You actively collaborate with different stakeholders from other teams to identify their needs, define and plan implementation of functions and features with your team and prioritize activities of the team according to the company strategy

This is YOU:
- You are hands-on and coding is what gets you up in the morning
- You have several years of work experience in the area of software development as a IIoT developer and Azure specialist.
- You bring in fundamental know-how in designing and developing platforms, technical interfaces and data services
- Ideally you have prior experience with Business Central and Salesforce.
- Your clear communication and positive attitude inspires the whole organization to think data-driven and define appropriate solutions
- Analytical and structured approach.
- You have at least one year of specialist- or line management experience and a track record of enable your team to deliver added value
