This is what YOUR future team does:

In the Plant Construction & Service team we construct and maintain neustark’s CO₂ storage sites across all technology iterations and geographic regions. We work closely with our partners, especially waste demolition recyclers. Our team innovates, builds and optimizes – and certainly don’t forget to have fun along the way.

YOUR mission at neustark:

• As a Service Technician, you are responsible for regular maintenance and inspection of concrete batching plants to ensure that they are working properly. Identifying and rectifying faults and mechanical problems.
• After customer acceptance test, you provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Responding to technical queries and resolving issues by phone, email or on-site.
• You support the implementation of the installation and assembly of the system with the external and internal partners on site.
• You are responsible for the equipment efficiency under the applicable of compliance with safety standards and guidelines when carrying out service work. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• You enjoy engaging in building and supporting our Account Management & Customer Support environment with preparation of service reports, maintenance logs and other relevant documents. Updating technical documentation and instructions.

This is YOU:  

• Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial plants, preferably concrete plants or similar equipment.
• Sound knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Category B driver's license and willingness to travel approx. 80%.
• Proficient in German language with a strong command, desirably complemented by proficient English language skills, and advantageous to possess proficiency in French.
