This is what YOUR future team does:
In the Plant Construction & Service team we construct and maintain neustark’s CO2 storage sites across all technology iterations and geographic regions. We work closely with our partners, especially waste demolition recyclers. Our team innovates, builds and optimizes – and certainly don’t forget to have fun along the way.
YOUR mission at neustark:
- As a Service Technician, you are responsible for regular maintenance and inspection of concrete batching plants to ensure that they are working properly. Identifying and rectifying faults and mechanical problems.
- After customer acceptance test, you provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Responding to technical queries and resolving issues by phone, email or on-site.
- You support the implementation of the installation and assembly of the system with the external and internal partners on site.
- You are responsible for the equipment efficiency under the applicable of compliance with safety standards and guidelines when carrying out service work. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- You enjoy engaging in building and supporting our Account Management & Customer Support environment with preparation of service reports, maintenance logs and other relevant documents. Updating technical documentation and instructions.

This is YOU:
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial plants, preferably concrete plants or similar equipment.
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Category B driver's license and willingness to travel approx. 80%.
- Proficient in German language with a strong command, desirably complemented by proficient English language skills, and advantageous to possess proficiency in French.
