This is what YOUR future team does:
In the Plant Construction & Service team we construct and maintain neustark’s CO2 storage sites across all technology iterations and geographic regions. We work closely with our partners, especially waste demolition recyclers. Our team innovates, builds and optimizes – and certainly don’t forget to have fun along the way.
YOUR mission at neustark
- As a Customer Service Engineer you provide professional and prompt response to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat. You offer advise and support to our customers with technical questions, faults or other concerns relating to our systems.
- During Operation of the plants you diagnose and solve problems relating to system functionality, coordinate service calls and provide remote technical support as required.
- You are responsible for recording and documenting customer inquiries, service requests and support tickets in our system. You monitor the progress of service requests and ensure efficient processing.
- You are Identifying complex issues or customer complaints that require escalation and coordinate with internal and external departments and management to find appropriate solutions and ensure customer needs are met.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services is your main goal, additionally you communicate customer suggestions and requirements to product management and development teams.

This is YOU:
- Completed technical training or studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in plant engineering or a similar industry.
- Sound knowledge in the use of CRM systems and other support tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way.
- Team player, customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to occasionally travel approx. 20% and work outside of regular working hours.
- Proficient in German language with a strong command, desirably complemented by proficient English language skills, and advantageous to possess proficiency in French.
