The Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team supports neustark’s Technology and Operations departments in developing and delivering equipment on time, on budget, and in alignment with both customer and internal QHSE standards. The team ensures that neustark’s operations are compliant with regulatory standards and contribute to a safe, sustainable work environment.

YOUR mission at neustark: 

• You lead and grow neustark’s QHSE team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  
• You develop and continuously improve QHSE strategies, policies, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001:2015, safety regulations, environmental laws) and support the company’s mission.
• You ensure that all equipment, especially pressure equipment for cryogenic gases, meets rigorous safety and quality standards.
• You collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE into product development, manufacturing, and delivery processes.
• You identify risks, flag potential issues, and provide pragmatic, effective solutions that align with the company’s goals and values.
• QHSE is your passion – and you flag problems and find pragmatic solutions

• You bring 10+ years of experience heading a QHSE department 
• You have hands-on experience with pressure equipment for cryogenic gases, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• QHSE is your passion – you proactively identify issues and implement practical, efficient solutions, backed by a strong track record of success.
• You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• You are well-versed in ISO 9001:2015, safety regulations, and environmental compliance, ensuring these standards are consistently embedded across the organization.
• You are fluent in English, with additional languages like German or French being a valuable advantage.
