Our People & Culture Team is the beating heart of our scale up family. Our activities include a wide range of activities such as hiring, onboarding and training. Everything really that is part of a candidate & employee lifecycle. Our mission is to enable our people to grow and live up to our values, scaling people & culture initiatives and making neustark an amazing place to work. • Attract the best talent (we call them A-players) on the market to achieve our meaningful mission and impact for the planet and the next generation.
  
• As a product owner, for your vacancies, you are in the lead for creating the best candidate experience, among others, by leaving the best impression, by managing the candidate pipeline, by overseeing the entire candidate lifecycle and by convincing the designated A-player to join our magical team. 
  
• Collaborate internally with our sourcing team and hiring managers to ensure a great and seamless recruiting experience for everyone.
  
• Conduct phone screens and other interviews to find the perfect fit for us.
  
• Build and actively maintain a talent pipeline, e.g. by communicating our culture, values and opportunities, and by communicating openly and regularly with candidates, because we will grow further.

This is YOU:  

• You have at least 3-5 years of people attraction experience, preferably in a dynamic fast-growing scale up environment, as well in the West-European market (DACH, France, UK, etc.).
• You have a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
• You are fluent in English and at least one other language, such as German or French, with the ability to communicate with candidates from every corner of the globe.
• You are used to managing different types of stakeholders and are able to friendly say “no” to a Hiring Manager.
• Your charisma is off the charts, and your ability to charm candidates knows no bounds.
• You're a great networker, to build the best talent pools for our fast-growing company.
• You are extremely motivated to create the best candidate experience for the candidates, within a fast-paced environment.
