The finance department is the heartbeat of strategic decision-making and financial wizardry! From crunching numbers with contagious enthusiasm to fueling growth strategies with creative capital management, our team ensures the financial engine runs smoothly. We're the architects of fiscal fun, juggling budgets, forecasting adventures, and turning data into actionable insights to propel neustark to new heights. YOUR mission at neustark
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external investors including financial and other growth and operational metrics.
- Performance Metrics Optimization: Identify and refine key performance metrics (KPIs) that align with neustark’s needs and goals. Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Cost and Variance Analysis: Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and drivers, and providing actionable insights to management for course correction as needed.
- Scenario Planning: Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of various business decisions, market trends, and external factors on financial outcomes, informing risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning.
- Investment Prioritization: Evaluate potential investments in new products, technologies, and markets, conducting ROI analysis and risk assessments to prioritize initiatives that maximize value creation.
- Investor Relations Support: Assist in preparing investor communications, presentations, and materials.
- Process Optimization, Automation and Scalability: Continuously evaluate and optimize FP&A processes, systems, and tools to accommodate rapid growth, enhance efficiency, and ensure scalability.

- Proven experience as an entrepreneurial financial controller with a strong drive for execution, who is passionate about contributing to the growth of one of Europe's fastest-growing climate startups.
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to dive into the details while maintaining a high level of energy and passion.
- Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to drive success.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging automation for maximum impact.

- Proficient in English language with a strong command, desirably complemented by proficient German language skills, and advantageous to possess proficiency in French.
