This is what YOUR future team does:
We are driving the growth of Neustark by rapidly closing partnerships with CDR providers, CO2 Sources as well as CO2 sinks to build the dominant CO2 removal platform at scale. The GTM team is spearheading the expansion of the Neustark footprint and opening new markets within a hyper-growth environment. Our team relies on a data-driven GTM to maximize the growth strategy of Neustark. The GTM Strategy & Operations Team designs and operationalize the Neustark strategy to accelerate revenue and drive execution across all growth functions. Together, we forge a sustainable and impactful future for Neustark and our customers.
YOUR mission at neustark:
- Support the development of the global Neustark GTM and growth strategy in close alignment with the CRO, Executive Team and GTM team leads.
- Perform GTM operations including annual planning process, market evaluation, organizational design, sales territory building, and target setting.
- Develop the strategy and framework for Neustark’s international GTM expansion and market entry strategies.
- Play a key role in establishing and optimizing the sales operations infrastructure to support international sales efforts.
- Execute strategic projects by collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure the successful execution of GTM strategies.
- Provide data-driven analysis and actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize GTM strategies and operations.

This is YOU:
- 1-3 years of professional experience, with a focus on GTM Strategy and Operations, preferably within SaaS.
- Familarity with B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally involving C-Level stakeholders.
- Understanding of GTM strategies and how they drive revenue growth, with enthusiasm to learn and contribute to operational excellence in high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical skills to create actionable insights.
- Experienced in selling technical projects or services in complex sales cycles.
- Proven track record of success in driving pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Experienced in opening and establishing new markets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth culture with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Professional fluency in English, German is a plus.
